Approval Process - multiple approvers receive 'Approval Request' at the same time and response

Dear All,

How do we ensure that all the approvers received the approval request at the same time?

To allow all the approvers approve the approval at the same time without following sequential workflow.

Currently I try to set parallel but the system sent the duplication emails to same approver. Probably I am wrong to configure or the function is not working in this way.

The approval workflow design:-

Enquiries:

1. How to design the parallel workflow for multiple approvers?

2. How to create the reminder email for those approvers who are not yet take action for approval?

3. What is the field we can use that identifying the approvers' pending approval?

Please advice.

Here is a link to documentation on this site that explains in details how to create a parallel approval that meets your description.

One adjustment that you'll need to make to the technique explained in the documentation. One way to meet your goal of having reminder emails sent periodically is as follows:
1) Declare a variable for each approval action
2) Initialize each variable to a value (I use 0)
3) Immediately after each approval action, change the value of the variable (I change to 1)
4) For each approval action, add a scope
5) Inside the scope add a Do Until loop configured as I have in the screen shots below (the purpose of the loop is to send reminder emails)
