Sending Outlook Email with action button

Hi, everyone.

I want to create a workflow that by the end each month, send an email for all my Microsoft users. Email has a button that if the email receiver, clicking on that button, it update a SharePoint list with the name and email address na ddate of response.

First, determine the last working day of the month (Last working day of the month - Powering your Apps (sudeepghatak.com)).

Set up a Recurrence trigger within your workflow to run daily and check if it matches the date from step above. This logic should be flexible to accommodate variations in month lengths and non-working days.

It gets tricky from there. If you want to track individual responses, you cannot add all email addresses in the action. The other option is to send email to all recipients in the loop, but that means the until the first person responds, the workflow does not notify the next person in line. To address this, implement a child flow. This child flow is called from the main flow. It manages the emailing process for each individual request. Within the child flow, include logic to update a SharePoint list upon each recipient's response. Let me know if you need more info. Please remember child flows require premium license..

Is there solution to have a button in the body of eamil and the email recipient by clicking on that button, trigger an action in Power Automate?
