URL link on SharePoint List Form

I have a SharePoint List which is pulling through data from a Form which has file uploads in it. I've converted these uploads to an URL in the list but when trying to make a fancy form view for the list, the URL link stops working. 

 

Is there a way to make the link clickable?

    If the purpose of the link is to upload files then include the link in a Launch(****link***) on "on select" of the text or button
