Automatic email attachment when calendar event is created

Good afternoon everyone!

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to set up a flow for the following: when a calendar event is created in outlook, I would like it to automatically send an email to the attendee with a SharePoint folder attached. This SharePoint folder will be different each time and will have to be attached based on key words or something.

Is this possible?

Can you give some clarification. Are you wanting to provide a link to the SharePoint Folder in the email event invite? Or are you wanting to loop through all the items in the SharePoint folder and attached them directly to the email invite?

I do not want to provide the link, but rather an entire folder of documents from a SharePoint library.

To give you a little more information, some of our employees travel on a weekly basis. A calendar invite is created so they know where they will be going. I am wondering if there is a way to use keywords from that calendar invitation to automatically attach a folder of documents which is associated with the location they are traveling to.
