As an administrator, Use Power Automate to Move Files from another Users OneDrive to One Sharepoint

As a M365 Admin, how can I use Power Automate to move files from a folder in a designated user's OneDrive upon their creation, to a designated Sharepoint Folder?
 
I have a Workflow that will work for my own account, but how do I add other users to this workflow so it would check their OneDrive's as well?

    Go to the flows Details Page and Add them as Run As users so that you are sharing the Connections, and it will make them create theirs the first time they run it.

    I am not looking for something that will not require the users to "create" or "run" anything.
