Populate Sharepoint list or excel from booking and vice versa

I would like to know whether it's possible to create, update a sharepoint list when an appointment is created in Microsoft booking app using power automate.

Also I need to do the reverse too. Update the booking app from a sharepoint list.

If any one knows how to or any article related to this, please update this thread.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi @don75

I've had a play with bookings 12 months or so ago and from memory it needs a calendar?  Is that right?

Whilst there isn't a trigger for bookings, there is a trigger for when a new event is created and the connection is for a particular calendar.  You could try that trigger.

Thanks for the response. Much appreciated.

Any good articles that I could read that will give some detail info on this? I am new to power automate and share point. So have to learn a lot. But got a deadline to meet.

Could I also do the reverse (create appointment from sharepoint list)?

    Hi @don75

You could use create event also - yes.  Regarding articles I think the best way to learn is for you to try.  If you haven't yet looked into it and are keen, you can get a free development tenant. https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/dev-program
