System Topics not being created when Copilot is reenabled in Power Pages

I created a Microsoft Case for this issue 8 weeks ago but they closed it without my knowledge and it has been a week and a half trying to get it reopened 😒

I enabled Copilot in Power Pages (Search Summary and the Bot).  The Summary worked as expected but the Bot had an error.. So I searched, and searched but nothing worth noting... Then, like all thing software related, I decided to remove it and add it back... Vola, the bot started working but still had an issue with trying to test thought Copilot Studio (Could not login: I see this issue is also in the https://community.powerplatform.com/forums/thread/details/?threadid=1fab8ab1-4164-ef11-bfe2-00224828b1f8 thread)... I did find a lengthy site that suggested what could be done for this issue but thought I would wait until MS corrected whatever it is they need to correct for that issue!

But... in the mean time I thought, the first issue was corrected with a remove (disable) and reinstall (enable)... maybe this issue could be corrected with a similar processes... So I disabled, waited a bit and reenabled.  The new Copilot that was created per this process did not create any system Topics so it just errors on opening.  Over time, some of it started working again but still not fully due to the System Topics missing.  Note: Prior to disabling/reenabling I made some changes to the Copilot.  Some of those changes are what I see in the new Copilot Bot but not in the new Copilot!

My theory is: Somehow the New Copilot still sees some parts from the old Copilot (Each time you disable/enable Copilot in Power Pages, it creates a new Copilot).  For a test I would like to Disable Copilot in Power Pages then totally remove all Copilot pieces associated with Power Pages.  I have gone into Solutions and removed the Copilots from this specific environment but that did not help so assuming there is areas even farther back in Azure that need cleanup...

Is there anyone on here that knows that much about Power Pages/Copilot to comment on possible Azure (or somewhere else) Cleanup?
Or, may know/have other ideas?

Please let me know... Thanks...

As it stands, I have been dead in the water for 8 weeks trying to accomplish this project!
