I have a customer self service portal in power pages associated to a customer service dynamics 365 CRM. I want to use the new copilot that is activated by default, but I have an error that makes it not answer some questions, the error says “An error has occurred. Error code: ActionTypeNotSupported Conversation Id: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX-eu Time (UTC): 2024-08-27T06:25:29.000Z.”
I have the default themes and when it enters through the greeting themes, for example it works fine, the error is in the “Conversational boosting” theme. I repeat, I use the default themes that it automatically creates when generating the bot.
Another problem that I have is I have tried to create another copilot and put it to the portal, I have succeeded, but I have an authentication problem, I do not know what to put in this table, because when I generate the bot from power pages it fills itself, with what data I have to fill it?
And I can't test the copilot in copilot studio due to this error when I click on login:
The goal is that the chatbot searches for the most suitable knowledge article for a question and makes a summary, or answers a question and offers the link to the portal where you can read the whole article, but we are not able to make it work neither in the portal copilot, due to the first error, nor in a copilot created from the studio copilot and not linked to any site. The setup for this has been to train it with access to Dataverse knowledge articles and create a topic where I use this table to answer in a generative way.
