We are training institute. After every session candidate gets an email including recording link of that session and other things. That flow is working fine.

What i want to achieve is with this email i want to include stars. Like i am asking candidate to rate the trainer out of 5 star. Let's say candidate select 3 star. Then that value should be stored in SharePoint list.

You can develop a simple Microsoft Form and send link in the email. In the form you can ask rating question. Then you can design flow like following to store the score... Below is an example showing the thought...

This is my existing flow. In the email i attached the link of the MS-Form.
When response comes i need to know which of my candidate sent that. So i need access of that sharepoint list. Any ideas?

You will have to develop another flow to capture the response with form trigger as I mentioned above...
