I have a Syntex model working but need it to scan all existing files in a OneDrive. The OneDrive does have a folder structure. Is there is way to force a sync/scan?
Can you send an email to aihelpen@microsoft.com, we will setup a call together to see how we can unblock you.
Also to note, I do see this https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/contentunderstanding/apply-a-model but there are so many folders in this library I am hoping to automate the classify and extract option.
Yes, this is a Syntex document understanding model. I published it and applied it to a library. This model runs on newly updated files but not existing files. From what I see I can't use Power Automate actions to reference this model. Hoping I am missing something. I appreciate your assistance here. Added an image of the published content understanding model to this post.
Did you publish the model?
Thank you, the Syntex models are not listed there. I tried to use a variable to apply the model ID as a string but that is not working either. Any other ideas for this Syntex created model?
You can use the Predict action
Thank you, what action do you recommend I use in Power Automate? I have the model built in Syntex and don't see it as an option the AI actions.
Hi,
The only way to do this is either to create a manually triggered or scheduled Power Automate flow that will process all existing files in your Onedrive folder.
See Run flows on a schedule - Power Automate | Microsoft Docs
