Hi team,

Please can you advise me how to solve this little puzzle.

I have a Share point list for patching servers. In SP list I have columns server name, date ...

So, I need to create email report day before, depends of date, for every server name  on that date.

I hope you understand what I want to say 🙂

recap:

I need email report day before, for all servers on 4/13/2022 date

    Hi @nmacesic ,

Sorry I can't understand your needs. Could you clarify it?

Besides, you could try adddays() function and formatdatetime function/

    Hi Wearsky,

    sorry for my unclear explanation,

First of all, I need to create a flow that needs to get all items from Share point list and send HTML reports to email.

The HTML report needs to be in the format

server name, ticket number, patching date.

but reports need to be sent by email for all servers on the same date. (consider that date is changed every month)

    HTML table reports example:

    schedule, server name, patching date

    00-TH-1000-L,servername01, 4/13/2022 10:00

    00-TH-1000-L,servername02, 4/13/2022 10:00

    00-TH-1000-L,servername03, 4/13/2022 10:00

    00-WE-1000-L,servername01, 4/13/2022 10:00

I hope is now I explain clearly what I need 🙂

please if you have some idea

    best regards

    Nikola
