Hi all,

I am currently working on a Power Virtual Agents bot that is based in the US region and utilizes the Generative Answer feature, which is still in preview mode. I have successfully deployed this bot to Microsoft Teams, but I've encountered an issue: the Generative Answer feature does not seem to work when deployed to a Teams channel based in the UK region.

Here are the steps I've taken:

Developed the bot in the US region with the Generative Answer feature enabled.
Tested the bot within the Power Virtual Agents environment to confirm the Generative Answer feature is working as expected.
Deployed the bot to a Microsoft Teams channel based in the UK region.

After deployment, all other functionalities work as expected, except for the Generative Answer feature.

My questions are:

Is it possible to deploy a US-region bot with the Generative Answer feature to a UK-region Teams channel or do I have to wait till October for it to be generally available and then make the PVA bot in the UK region?
Are there any additional cost associated with using the Generative Answer feature in Power Virtual Agents? I already have an Office 365 Business plan and want to avoid incurring extra costs.
