Power Automate - Send the email subject and body to an excel file for a new email

Hi experts,

I am a new user for Power Automate. I have created a flow to save the email record to an excel file.

It works good except the email body part is very hard to ready and understand.

Q1: For the email body, it is really hard for me to use it for analysis. What should I do to pick the email body content only?

Q2: For the email body capture below, how can I convert it back to normal email content? As I save several weeks data which I need to use it for further analysis.

There is an html to text function you can use here to turn the body into readable content before adding to excel.

I'm on mobile and can't get screenshot, but if you add the body output to that it will strip the html.
