Send Mail when publishing an SharePoint File

Hi!

I need your help modifying an existing flow.

Currently, an email is sent as soon as a SharePoint post is created. The whole thing happens while creating it. I would like to send an email as soon as the post is set to public and not already when I save it as a draft. Is there a way to do it this way?

Hi @HerrBauer ,

I made a test and found that when we create a new post as a draft, the promoted state is '1'. And it will create an item in site page.

Then publishing the post, the promoted state will change from 1 to 2. And the whole process is modification rather than creation.

First copy the guid of the site page.
