Hi, I am trying to create a Power Automate flow for invoice approvals. However, this requires the PDF invoice to be linked to an approval email with the option to sign it & approve within the flow from an email link. At the moment, this is proving to be tricky and it appears that we need to go into the SharePoint document library, save the file, sign it, and then upload again (which defeats the object of the approvals Flow). This is because the PDF is opening in the browser, from the email, without any option to edit it. I am very new to Power Automate so unsure if I am missing something (can I tell it to automatically open the PDF document in Word from the email, for example?). Essentially, the flow is: Document upload to SharePoint > generates an email with a link to the document with approve / reject button > if approved, document moves to another folder and is emailed again to another team for processing, at which point the flow ends. I am looking for some help to enable the link to the document to open in a way that means that it can be edited directly from clicking on it in the approval email in order to digitally add 'approved' stamp & signature. Has anyone got any tips or hints to help us get past this? Many thanks in advance! 🙂
