I want to move some PDF files to specific fold if the key word " Code" can't be found in PDFs.

I try to use action as below.

When I run it, it keeps looping which is never end.

I replace "move" action to "delete" action, it keeps looping and then delete all files .

Is there any action i miss to add inside?
