Hi folks,
Wondering if anyone can give some insight into a few questions I have?
1) It is great that you can sort & filter on the approvals list but is there any way to clear any completed stuff off the list after a certain time period? It gets rather cluttered very quickly!
2) Is there any way for an admin to check the status of all approvals for a Flow, something along the lines of what exists in SP2013 Workflow where an Owner can go in to SharePoint and see the workflow and see who has approved, etc - but they are not actually a part of the approval. It seems that in the PowerAutomate flow, there would have to add an Admin person added to every instance of the flow for them to see it in their own approvals.
3) Flow lifetime - I've read that the flow will time out after 30 days. However in Approvals, it is still there and it's possible to approve it. I'm thinking this would now be an orphaned approval and clicking an action doesn't do anything as the actual flow is now dead?
