Search in flow runs

Hello,

If flows start when a sharepoint item is created, I want to find the flow run that started from that item and see for example who didnt approve/reject yet. Theres any way to search in hundreds of flow runs, after any detail that can be found in sharepoint list?

Lets say, after item ID, or client name or something

Thanks!

    Hi @Dorul,

I afraid that there is no any way to find the flow run that started from that item If flows start when a sharepoint item is created in microsoft flow currently.

I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

If you would like this feature to find the flow run that you needs to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

    Hi @v-yuazh-msft

Thanks for your reply, but I actually found a way. Can export whole sharepoint list items in excel and see Created date/time.

At flow runs we can see just that the run started 3 weeks ago, 2 weeks ago but at Run history / See all / Get .csv file,in that excel file can be found the date and time when flow run started - should be the same when sharepoint item was created, so identify the run started from that item.

Can be done but takes too much time, could be alot easier.

Finding an individual run can be frustrating since you can't always go by timestamp, but the easiest option I've found is to add a column (or more) to the run history page to identify the run. For example adding Title or ID makes it pretty simple to locate the run needed.

    Hey @webbrewer@Dorul@v-yuazh-msft

So have you guys found a better way to finding particular run instances? Downloading the excel file doesn't help me diagnose a particular flow. I have a flow that runs hundreds of times per day if not more and it's taking absolutely forever to get to the instance of only 5 days ago, even adding the column that would help narrow it down:

Hey @abm! Any thoughts with this one? Not getting much tracking here.
