Teams - wait for response - user send in several requests at the same time?

I have a power automate that is triggered from Powerapps.

-collect data from a powerapp

-send out a question in a team (team adaptive card wait for response)

-when response comes in another wait for response is sent out with a follow up question

all works well when i test.

but today when i did multiple tests at the same time. triggered new data with just 1 min interval from powerapps i noticed that things seemed to get stuck... not all flows where triggered. I could not pinpoint what and where the error occured... i just saw that in the end data everything was not there. I saw that out of 7 flows triggered only 6 where delivered.

i did it all again but then answered the questions in teams first before i triggered a new flow, then it worked just fine.

Is this a known thing? issue? or by design?

i am afraid that this will be a problem if a user waits a few days for the answers from teams and then someone else send out a new question, will that be a problem...

    Hello,

Have you tried leverage power virtual agent instead of sending adaptive card and wait for response ?

    Best regards,

    Alaa
