I am trying to create a flow that either form responses or the creation of a sharepoint list item makes its way to an outlook calendar.

For example, Employee A orders lunch from a Microsoft Form, I would like that an outlook calendar updates the employee calendar from a not ordered event at noon to ordered at noon.

I am not sure if this is even possible. I am probably over thinking this. Basically I want a list of employees and whether or not they ordered lunch or dinner everyday.
