Adding multiple names to a scheduled flow

I am very new to flows but want to send a scheduled flow email to approx 1.5K people at the same time. How can I do a bulk upload of ppl to add to the email? Do I need to create a list? Thank you for your advice.

Even if you were to try and loop through, you'd end up doing batches of 500 at a time - and, based on a comment from this point I found, it's only 100 per 24h (not sure how true that last bit is .. .seems strange.)

The recommendation is to use a proper email distribution tool.

But, I'd also wonder: are these external or internal people? If they're internal people, maybe you already have a distribution list / group of them? Makes it substantially easier. I should've asked that first...
