Making a PDF attachment

Hi All

I have a flow that gets data from an MS Form, sends it to a List, generates an email, converts the form data in to a PDF and attaches it to the email and sends it. This works really well and I have no issues and it does exactly what I want it to do.

Taking it one step further I have another MS Form that is a review form - depending on the Review selected in the MS Form the data is sent to the relevant data List using Switch (so each review, of which there are 4, has its own List) e.g. Review 1 Data goes to List 1, Review 2 Data goes to List 2 etc etc.

Below is the flow - the 'Case' is the different lists. This is working fine, the form submits and sends the data via the Switch function to the correct List and an email is generated and sent how I want it to BUT the PDF attachment shows as a file and not a PDF.

I'm stumped as to why my others flows work in generating the PDF but this one doesn't - Have I missed something or have I put an action in the wrong place as this is my first time using the Switch action?

Be gentle, any help or guidance would be appreciated - if you need more info please let me know.

TIA

    need more info:

    the flow that works in creating a pdf and attaching, please screenshot the action that created the pdf and the email action that attached the file, both in edit mode and a successful run.

    In this flow that isn't working, please screenshot the create file (your screenshots now have 2 create file action, which is being attached, or both), and send email in edit mode and run.

    Hi

    @NsL_Coder

    I figured it out........

    In the 'Send an email (V2)' in the 'Attachments Name - 1' I simply missed the .pdf extension at the end.

    All works a treat and as expected!
