Flow is running only for Admin User (Flow Creator) not running for other users

I have a Office365 E5 Developer tenant license. I have created a MS Flow by using template named "Create a SharePoint item when Office 365 calendar event is created".
I have created this Flow with Admin account. If any outlook calendar event is created then this flow will run and create an item in a SharePoint list.
It is working fine for this Admin user but this flow is not running/working for other users of this tenant.

Ques 1: What I need to do to run this flow for all user?

NOTE

1. If i keep the Admin user as a participant when I am creating an calendar event with other user , then this flow is running.

2. In the SharePoint List item the "CreatedBy" column is always taking the Admin Users name as value.

Ques 2: I want to add the name as created by with the user who is creating the event/running the flow, how this is possible?

    Hi,

I think I'm having a similar problem.  Will my Flow run for other SharePoint and Teams users (in a Teams group) if the trigger is ... "When a SharePoint file is created"  and someone else besides me is creating the file?

I have set up multiple Flows using my own account in an AP "Teams Group/Site" and saved it as a "Team Flow".  Now when I want someone else from AP to upload the invoice files in our Teams Site to trigger the approval Flows, its not working.  It was working fine for me during testing. Is this a limitation as being described in this thread (but with calendars instead)?  If so, would I need to get the AP person to create all of the flows again using their own user account (within our Teams group)?  Or potentially is there a problem with intermittent failed Flow runs/triggering because of a huge demand on servers or some other global reason at the moment?

    Thanks,

    Chanelle

    Hi @hkmamun ,

This is the screenshot below to create the activity when an event is created:

Re: Flow is running only for Admin User (Flow Creator) not running for other users

@v-alzhan-msft  thanks for your reply, then we can say that this is the limitation of Flow that it will not run for all users. If we have to create individual flow for individual user then if any modification needed then we have to update all user's flow which does not have any business value.

Can you please help me to give idea about what I can do for below requirements.

    1. When an event is added to a user's calendar then an activity will be created for the Organizer in a SharePoint list.

    2. Individual activity will be created for the Event's individual Attendees (if any).

    3. I have a Power Apps which is showing all the Activity for individual user from the SharePoint list. User can mark as done to an activity (for this I am maintaining a "Status" column in the list).

    Best Regards,

    Mamun

    Hi @hkmamun ,

What is the trigger in the flow? Is it when a new event is created?

The trigger when a new event is created would only trigger when a new event is created in the connection account in the trigger, the connection account in the trigger as below:

If you want every user in the tenant could trigger a flow when a new event is create in themselves calendar, everyone need to create a flow with themselves account.

    Best Regards,

    Alice

@hkmamun If the trigger is when a new event is created then the flow should be trigggerd by any user. Can you post a screenshoot of the flow?

@hkmamun Not sure the created by can be changed. but modifedby can with the flow hack link.

You can do a custom column "CreatedBy" and hide the standard Created By column. Then you do a update SharePoint item and input the user who triggerd the flow in the custom CreatedBy
