My delay until action didn't trigger at the specified time. The flow is in an managed solution, and until now, everything has been working successfully. However, it's still pending. Can someone please explain why it didn't trigger? This is causing me a lot of issues.

I have noticed that since the latest update (roughly a week ago give or take), lots of triggers are acting bonkers.
I really think you should escalate this via Support, it could be tied to all the other triggers oddities since the update. To be honest unless somehow the timezone is impacting the data in a row that says, hey I still have actual real hours to go (which is nuts), I am not firing.
I admit completely, it looks stuck.
