Planner Get all task details in email message

Noob question here,

I'm trying to create an email with a summary of all the tasks in a specified bucket.

I tried the get task details, apply to each, but I couldn't figure out how I could place it inside the HTML table.

Hi @rgghlm,
Here is an approach ti create a summary email for all tasks:
- initialize an Array variable
- in apply to each action append the information that you want for each task
- out of apply to each create html using the array variable
- send email

Could you provide more details about your requirement?

According to your title, you want to get all task details, but your flow is just want to get the tasks met some condition. If you could give more details, we will assist you better, thank you.

I guess you may meet some problems when you create an HTML table, so there is a simple answer about how to create HTML table. After you select the output of the Filter array, you can append the output of the Select into the Create HTML table action directly:

After that, the email received will be shown as below:

Thanks for the ideas. I was able to somewhat get the task description. My flow, however, took all the description and placed in each task.

In case you want to mark the cell borders for better visualization, I would recommend a workaround detailed by @RobElliott, so instead of sending the Table as is, you modify it slightly to print cell borders by means of a Compose block, and add it to the email body instead of the original HTML table

Particularly if I’m send the table by email I then format it with a Compose control but this step can be omitted:

Hi @rgghlm,

If you want to add the description to the HTML table, it is complex to do it. So you can filter the tasks before creating the table, then append these parameters into the array, then create the HTML table by using the array, there are
