Have had a number of flows using the "Start & wait for an approval" connector working well for 2 years or so, and then they all started to fail about 3-4 weeks ago. Symptoms were intermittent or no Teams notifications, intermittent or no email notifications, or notifications suddenly popping up 12-24 hours after the flow started. There seems to be no consistency about who was affected and at what time of day. Flows themselves adamant that the process was successful.
Have been clawing my hair out to try and resolve and because some flows are now starting to work again for most people, can only assume it's a Microsoft update slowly being distributed around our organisation.
Anyone seen this or have any insight? Note that I'm not an IT professional.
