I have been building a Power Automate tool for Proposal Approval Workflow. BOM is the one who submits a new request and selects the approvers via a Power App input form using Office 365 Outlook address book, also attaches a proposal doc- all the info gets stored in backend SharePoint List and Doc Lib. One set of Approvers: "Functional Support" [FS] which is multi-select person group. BOM, can select None or 1/ multiple people [varies for each proposal] . In the Power A. flow- I have an array var and add those FS people info from the backend SP list. I am using "Apply to each" loop to send 1 person at a time [serial] approval notice using "Start and wait" with "First to respond". After a decision is made, save the info in an "Approval History" Col in the SP, etc.. Now the ask is to parallel notification to all those FS . I know parallel branch can be created when there is a fixed set of people. But for my case- it is not fixed. Also, if anyone Rejects, the BOM needs to be notified and then do some update on the doc and send approval notice back to that FS who rejected! Has anyone done anything similar?
