Hi,
I'm building a Powerapp for my company. Inside this app certain people can assign a Sharepoint List Item to a person.
I want to build an automated Mail to notify the assigned person that a item has been assigned. The Mail sending part is working fine. Only i'm trying to figure out how i can send this email when only the "Assigned To" column is changed on a item. At this moment the Mail is send whenever any column is changed.
I assume i need to add this column to the Limit Columns by View but can't figure it out. Hope someone here can help me.
What you are asking to do is pretty much the same as the question posed here where I provided a response: Re: Trigger power automate cloud flow only when a ... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com). This should work for you, too.
