Here’s what I do instead to save or share a Desktop Flow:
Go to https://make.powerautomate.com and select the correct environment.
Create a new Solution (or open an existing one).
Add your Desktop Flow to that Solution.
Publish all customizations to make sure the latest version is included.
Export the Solution and you’ll get a .zip file containing your Desktop Flow.
.zip
You can then import that ZIP file into another environment or share it with other users.
