Approval flow showing diffrent requested my name

Hello Everyone,

I'm currently using start approval when a new item is added templet. When submitting, approver gets the email but there is a line that says Requested by and it shows my name and email as a requester.

The actual requester shows in the lower part with name and date. I am using another users account to create the request. I have created the SharePoint site but not the list nor the flow.

When creating the flow I have used general IT email. This email is not associated with my account. I don’t know where this flow is getting my name and email. I have attached the images for flow and email the approver gets

Hi @Henok22 ,

You can check the connection being used for Approvals.
You can configure the requestor details in the approval action as shown in the image below:
Lastly, you could check the run only user and connection assigned here and configure as shown in the screeshot below:

Thanks for the solution. I was a ble to change the email to a diffrent account,
Is there a way I can display Created by Username in the requested by field.
