Changing a template to link to existing one drive file

Hi there

Complete new to this but enjyoning learning and want to understand something on this flow if anyone can help

https://emea.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/galleries/public/templates/b5ceb74e661b40788526a12bd6383e8f/track-my-expenses-in-an-excel-sheet/

I have succesfully edited the button and cateogries, BUT I need to create a further input column.

I use onelens app to scan recipts to PDF. I prefer this as the PDF's are much smaller than the fotos files, this flow creates.

I know one app doesnt seem to link to flow so ideally,I would scan receipt, then run the flow and simply select so that I can create a link that is posted in the excel to the PDF file that is created in one lens and saved in one drive.

I hope this makes sense, if anyone can offer som input, I thank you

    Hi @Russellwar ,

About the link, my understanding is that you want to get it from Onelens app? If so, I am afraid that it might be not possible.

If you start the flow from the template, you could save the pdf file on local device, then click the button to add the file and save it to OneDrive first, then generate a share link and add the link to the Excel table.

If I misunderstand you, please feel free correct me.

    Best regards,

    Mabel
