Hi @franco2 I hope you are doing well.
Does the main page require the same authorization?
If yes, probably when it’s loading the iframe URL lost the main URL authorization, interesting.
In this case, try to use one of the following tecniques:
Process 1 – Use 2 Browser
- Go to your main web page.
- Get the Iframe URL.
- Launch a blank URL.
- Use the Go to Web Page Antion and go to the Blank URL (Iframe url) while you are still with the credentials of the Main URL.
- Focus. Populate or extract the information needed.
- Repeat the process.
Process 2 – Focus action.
- Use the Focus action in the Main URL
- Select an element out of the Iframe, but an element at the bottom of the web page.
Process 3 – Send Keys
- Use the Send Keys action and Down or End Keys to the URL.
- This way you get to the bottom of the screen OR where you can visualize the Iframe element needed.
Please let me know if any of this ideas helps you, happy automation!,
