You don't show your flow or provide much information as to the context to the error. However, the error message is straightforward. You or the user running the flow does not have the necessary permissions to run the flow or use one of the actions within the flow. You would need to show your flow, and which action is generating it to provide further insight. It is probably something you'll need to address with your internal IT team.

I am not familiar with the connectors you are using, but the error is most likely one of two things:
    1. The user triggering the flow does not have access to whatever that trigger is. This occurs when the user triggering the flow lacks the necessary access rights to perform the required actions within the flow. It’s essential to ensure that the user has the appropriate permissions in the external system or application involved in the flow. Without these permissions, the flow cannot execute the intended tasks, leading to the error.
    2. The action is a premium connector, which it probably is since it is not one of the standard connectors, then they would need to have a Power Automate Per Plan license. If the user does not have the correct Power Automate license, they may encounter errors when attempting to run flows that utilize premium connectors or specific actions. Verifying that the user has a valid license that covers the necessary features is crucial to avoid such errors and ensure smooth flow execution.

I had the same issue with a Business Central event, the solution here was: Simply assign the permission set "EXT. EVENTS - SUBSCR" to the user.

for the user running the Flow, they will need the EXT. EVENTS - SUBSCR Permission Set assigned.
