So this sounds like you are trying to use a Triggered Flow (thats why it says that)
So for instance If you added the Trigger "When an item is created or modified" for SharePoint
You would click Test (which you have)
Now go into SharePoint and add a record or modify one.
I dont know your trigger, so I cannot say what Action you need to do, but you need to DO the action the trigger wants (create a file, delete something, do something, Share Your trigger and I can tell you)
But the answer I gave is the answer.
