Business rule not working on production

Dear friends from the community

I've developed a model driven app on a development environment, then export it to a production environment. The business rule created on a NEW TABLE that display an extra field if a previous field is marked as "yes" it's working.

On a different activity table based on the "appointment" table from the dataverse default tables, the business rule works on the development environment, but doesn't work on production. any ideas on this? I'm guessing it is because I renamed the "appointment" to something else?

    Hi

When we work with business rules, several things can happen:

    1. When you export from one environment to a new one, the BR becomes inactive.
    2. That when you export from an environment to a new one, the BR becomes inactive because it contains registry values that are not in the destination environment (registry values, I mean a registry and if its GUID is not the same, it will not find it) and possibly this is your case.
    3. Places hardcode values and that value may not be in production or may not be called the same.

The first thing you need to do is open the business rule and check if it is active or not, if it is active, deactivate it and check why it does not behave as expected (check if the values are present in the target environment, or are called different)
