Copilot not enabled in the UK, but notification message to turn on is.

Hi there,

 

As the PVA in the UK and probably the whole Europe do not have the potential of the new features yet, there are some notifications that are coming up and doesn't make any sense.

 

Apart of the notification, the "Learn more" link is broken and leads to nowhere.

 

Anyone seeing the same issue?
