Hello everyone,
I've been studying Microsoft Automate and I'm interested in creating a form that is automatically sent whenever a daily task is completed. Once the person fills out the form, the information will be automatically populated in an Excel spreadsheet. I'm wondering if anyone could help me with the steps needed to create this process using Microsoft Automate.

Create a standard MS Form and ask team to submit once the daily task is done.
This is a sample flow which is capturing Employee Name and Employee ID. But you can customize MS form as per your requirements.
Also, add an Outlook connector if you want to trigger email.
