Transfer the data from all the lists to one excel file

I have an app which connects to a dozen SharePoint Lists. Is it possible to create a flow within the app to transfer the data from all the lists to one excel file? If so how?

 

Is it possible to clear the data currently on SharePoint Lists once the data is transferred to the excel file.

    Hi @Jeff_J8 

     

    Here is the high level view of how you should create your flow:

    • Instant Cloud flow or Recurrence to run at specific time once
    • Initialize an array variable to store the data items from all the lists.
    • Get items from each sharepoint list and append those retrieved items to array variable created above. Repeat this step for each sharepoint list 
    • Add items to excel file when all iterations are done, at the end save the variable to excel file.
    • Once its done then add the end Delete items from all sharepoint list.
