How to check my value is available in data row, without using Apply for each?

I had a Datatable in json form, which is having 10 rows,  i need to find a value of one paticular column , how can i write this expression in compose?

i need to check my value (rox) is present in below column c1 

C1       c2   c3

ram      1    a

rox        2   b

raj         3   c

I have the same question (0)

    I tried but , flow has failed!
    i am using execute sql query ,
    form that i used compose and got my table1

    Please check the difference between your flow and my sample flow. To be honest, I don't know how your flow is designed. I can only build a solution based on the sample data you provided.
