Conversion of this file to PDF is not supported.

I have developed a flow that uses the trigger "when a file is created or modified (properties only).

Unfortunately, when I use the convert file to pdf function, I get the following error message: "Conversion of this file to PDF is not supported".

Flow with working triggerFlow with working triggerErrorErrorFlow create-pdf.pngconditionconditionconditioncondition

If I take another flow with the trigger "when a file is created or modified in a folder" then I can create a PDF file.

But this is not the solution, because in the first flow I have several conditions See picture 1 and picture 2.

In image 1 I have a trigger condition with a status when the value is "Yes".

in picture 2 I have the following condition "File extension" ends with .doxc, .xlsx, .pptx.

Why can't I create a PDF file from the documents with these actions

I would be very grateful for help and please excuse my bad English

@TomTT can you share screenshot of create file and convert file actions from your flow? Are you using the file created in onedrive as input of convert file? Is the file that is created in onedrive, have you tried opening that file manually just to see if that file is not corrupted?

@TomTT  i tried converting word file to pdf using both "when a file is created or modified (properties only)" and "when a file is created or modified in a folder" triggers, it works. So looks like there could be something different between both your flows due to which it is not working, is it possible for you to export both flows, upload to onedrive/dropbox and share the link to those flows, i can review those flows and figure out whats wrong.

@TomTT  I reviewed the flows that you had shared, and found the issue. In the Create File (onedrive) action you are using Name dynamic content, you need to use File name with extension dynamic content. When you use Name, it does not have the file extension in name. So configure the action as shown below, making this change should make your flow working with "When a file is created or modified (properties only)" trigger.

How would someone know that an extension needed to be added? Is there documentation somewhere that I've missed?nI have a flow that was created for me that does not use an extension in the Create File step, and it's been able to create a PDF. However, when I copied the flow to make a few minor changes for a different use case, I get the "unsupported" error.  Thank you!
