ANOTHER time format isssue

Hi I had this working before but now I can't get it back again and hoping someone can help me out. I have a form submitting a "time" field in the format HH:mm:ss TT which is fine because I'm using it to create an event. In certain parts of my flow, I'm converting it to try and display HH:mm tt for ease of reading for the end user but whenever I do that the minutes always get returned as :00 AM/PM So, 08:45:00 AM comes back as 08:00 AM Does anyone have any idea why? Thank you!

    Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please share a screenshot or more details about your form?

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow and the run history of your flow?

I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned.

I have created a form as below:

    Capture.PNG

Then I have created a flow as below:

    Capture.PNG

The expression in the Compose 2 as below:

    formatDateTime(outputs('Compose'),'HH:mm tt')

The flow would run successfully as below:

    Capture.PNG

Please ley me know if your problem could be solved.

    Best regards,

    Alice

    Hi @v-yuazh-msft

    Thanks for your help again!

Okay, in order I have, Form, convert flow, convert output and run history:

     Form.JPGPick up.JPGConvert.JPG

    Run history.JPG

The flow runs successfully but doesn't convert the time correctly.

Let me know if you need anything else.

    Thank you!

    Hi @Anonymous,

Please refer to my screenshot flow if the  question "time" is a choice question don't allow multiple answers.

Please take a try with my workaround and let mw know if your problem could be solved.

    Best regards,

    Alice

If anyone is interested in the solution to this, in my form I had the pick up time written as "07.15.00 AM" which returned "07:00 AM".

If I changed the form to have colons in between the numbers like so "07:15:00 AM", or even "07:15 AM", it appeared to then return the minutes correctly.

    Thank you
