Gallery not displaying items after adding a new item which contains a £ symbol

Hi All,

As described in the title. I have a simple berticsl gallery displaying items from a virtual dataverse table that is linked to a SQL Server database. However, when I add a specific field from my virtual table the gallery ceases to work with nothing displaying. The only thing that I can think is different about this field is that it is displaying a £ symbol.

Could that be the issue?

Hoping that someone can help.

Thanks Craig

    Hi,

A further update on this issue, it has nothing to do with a £ sign. The gallery is linked to my virtual Bookings Table and happily displays data from that table (arrival date, departure date, and booking fee). It also displays data from a many-to-one relationship with the Guest table (guest name) as shown in the picture below.

However, if I try to add another column from the Guest table (e.g. mobile number) all of the previous columns stop being displayed as in the 2nd picture.

I am stumped ... help, anyone?

    Thanks, Craig

    Hi,

I thought I would post the source of the issue which I discovered myself, just in case someone experiences a similar issue and stumbles upon this.

The problem was that the Gallery was based upon a View and I tried to add an item that wasn’t in the View. Simple really.

    All the best, Craig
