I was trying to build a simple automated cloud flow but at first step when I selected the trigger ' when a new email arrives' I received an error - unexpected token R, response f... is not a valid json. Please suggest how to remove this error

Can you show us a screenshot? Which mail service are you using for the trigger?

I'm using outlook email as trigger.

@Pstork1  hello, could you please advise a solution to this problem. I am using outlook email as a trigger. Also, have attached the screenshot for your reference.

The first thing I would check is to verify that the user account for the connection has an Exchange Online mailbox with an inbox folder. Also, have you changed any of the other Advanced settings?  This error is usually associated with a permissions issue.

As Paul suggested it may be a connection issue. so just check to verify that the user account for the connection has an Exchange Online mailbox with an inbox folder. also, check you have the necessary permissions. then restart your system and try again. I checked for my connection with the exchange mailbox and restarted my system and the error was gone.

Click at three points on Send an email connection in Workflow and notice on My connections if it hasn't your email. Please go to Add new connection
