Hello Power Automate Community,
I'm hoping for some advice on creating my approval flow please.
I have a folder on OneDrive with a bunch of different excel documents in it. Most of them have a different structure and format. The only thing common in all of them is that they have "Prepared by" and "Approved by" fields.
I need to create an approval workflow that will work like this: When the document is ready for approval, I press a button/run a script/flow and the link to the current document with some description is sent to the approver by email. That means that the document name will be unique every the time. The approver gets the email, follow the link, opens the file and reviews it. After that he/she approves or rejects it. After approving/rejecting the document the approver clicks on approve/reject button in the email, so I receive an approval on reject confirmation on my email.
I would greatly appreciate any advice you can provide on the best approach to designing and implementing an effective approval workflow in Microsoft Power Automate. Additionally, any tips or best practices for implementing the workflow would be highly appreciated.
