Daily scheduled cloud flow is triggering a desktop flow twice.

I have had a flow running for quite a while now without issues but just in the past 3 days my cloud flow has triggered a retry on my desktop flow twice.

 

It's a very simple flow. It starts with a scheduled trigger every morning at 5:00 AM EST, which triggers a desktop flow to run some reporting on our ERP software. If the desktop flow fails, the cloud flow finishes by sending a failure email. The desktop flow doesn't fail very often. Now, for the past 3 days though, the cloud flow is triggering a retry on the desktop flow causing the desktop flow to succeed twice (see second image).

 

Does anyone know why this would be occurring and how do I fix it? I'll be doing a reboot on the RPA bot machine tonight in hopes that that resolves the issue but otherwise I'm lost.
