Are you attempting to accomplish this task using Power Automate Desktop flows or cloud flows? If feasible, could you provide a screenshot of your flow, ensuring that any sensitive data is concealed?

My apologies it is on cloud flows. I have a flow set up and it is able get the ID for what I need and I am using Office 365 "Send an email (V2)" to implement what I am hyperlinking into an email but I need the ID from the Sharepoint data created to go into the hyperlink. Therefor taking the email receiver to the specific SharePoint List item.

    Thank you.

    Hi Alex,

You can send hyperlink once you click on the below highlighted symbol and place url hyperlink in the email body.

If you don't hyperlink a variable, you can still insert a hardcoded hyperlink directly into the email body, and it will still function as a hyperlink when people receive the email.

If the above suggestion doesn't address your issue or if you're attempting something else, please share a screenshot of your flow so that I can better understand your use case.

I have moved this topic to the appropriate forums for cloud flows.

As to your question, after you enable the HTML editor as suggested by @Deenuji , you can build a hyperlink in HTML as follows:

    <a href="YourURL">Your Text</a>

This will make the hyperlink actually clickable and not just a plain text URL in the email body.  And it will also be behind a text that you define, so the body will look nicer.
