Power Automate not detecting column header with forward slash

I have a power automate flow to get a row from excel and use it to update an item in a microsoft list. However, it updates some of items, but noticed that it won't update the item that gets the item from excel that contains a slash. I tried using concat but it just says error.

How can I get power automate to get information from a row with a forward slash in its title in excel and update my Microsoft list

Yeap, seems to break down when it replaces the / with ~1 . It works when you manually change it back.
