how can i connect my outlook account to power automate when using template?

I have my own outlook account.

when i create automate flow by myself, it is connected so i can save attached file from my account to sharepoint

 

but when i try to use power automate template, Correlation ID: a*****49*****fd****1a7****5* issue comes up so i cannot login

; which tells me that ,"microsoft cannot find my account. input more detailed info of create an account" even though i already have.

    Can you please share images of that happening or a Video.
     
    If it says it cannot find your account then you are possibly logging in with the wrong type.
     
    Meaning it expects a business/school account, but you are logging in with a Personal Account (which sounds like the issue).
    Or Vice Versa
