PDF attached to email and added to excel spreadsheet from a submitted Form

I currently have a flow built to take data from a submitted form go thru an approval and then based on approval send an email for payout.

One of the data points is a PDF file uploaded from form applicant.

I would like to attach this PDF to the approved email as well as add a link to the PDF and all of the other collected data points into an existing Excel table.

I have attempted a few different posted ways of doing this but keep ending up with a "file" attachment that is not viewable.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You first need to get the file content from where it is stored. The dynamic content that you are referencing only gives you the file's location (actually an array of the files' locations), you need to get the file contents first and then that data.

Yes I understand that, I have attempted multiple times to get that data in a usable form but keep ending up with a unusable. Is there anyone that might be able to show me a method to converting the info into an attachable PDF file in an email?
