Update Excel based on Time Submission

Hi, 
 
I have an excel sheet that tracks my team and if they completed the MS forms either Late, On Time, or Not at all. It is time sensitive based on a certain date for each month. 
 
Anyone know how to powerautomate the submission date to update this status on the Excel Sheet?

    well it is possible to capture the submission time of form submission in excel file, but few details to know
     
    On what date you are checking/validating whether form submission is on time or delayed etc ?
     
    a sample idea on how the flow looks like which updates the excel with submission time is like below
